To find out how much you've truly been blessed in terms of love, time, energy, talent, joy, confidence, intelligence, wit, or any other quality... give of them! Then open yourself up to the possibilities... you'll discover what abundance really is.

FALLing Into Our Routines

It's been a whirlwind start of a new school year.  I've really missed blogging and writing Kinder resource books.  I need to get back my blogging spirit since there are so many new things to share.

Weather Unit -- More Sunny Day Stories

Our writing prompt for the weather unit was:  Write about something you do on a sunny day.  These are more of the stories we wrote and illustrated.
Sunny story 6:  A sunny day has white fluffy clouds and a yellow sun.  I use a dress and sunglasses.  I can play at the park.
Sunny story 7:  A sunny day has a yellow sun and cloudy fluffs.  I use a dress.  A sunny day , I go to the beach.

He obviously loved visiting Vegas!

Sunny story 4:  A sunny day has a yellow sun and a blue sky.  I use my dress and my hat.  I go to pick cherries.
I just love her original idea of picking cherries, as well as her cute illustration.
Sunny story 5:  A sunny day has a yellow sun and blue sky.  I use my hat.  I go to the beach.
Students independently prepared their own stories and then dictated/tracked the words for the teacher.  Tomorrow will feature more Sunny day stories, so be sure to come back and visit. :)

Student 4+:  sunglasses.  I can go to the swimming pool and dive.
